• Any estimate, quote, price, or timeline given through the Site, by email, or by phone is preliminary and non-binding.
• Final pricing, scope, schedule, payment terms, and warranties are set only in a signed written contract.
• Estimates may change after an on-site inspection or because of material costs, permit requirements, hidden conditions, or changes you request.
• Submitting a request form does not create a contract or guarantee that we will accept your project.

3. Information on the Site

Project photos, descriptions, and materials shown on the Site are examples only. Results on your project may differ based on site conditions, materials, budget, and design choices. We try to keep information accurate but do not guarantee that all content is complete, current, or error-free.

4. Your Responsibilities

When using the Site, you agree to:

• Not use the Site for any unlawful purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, J&T Builders is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our total liability for any claim related to the Site will not exceed $100. This section does not limit our obligations under a signed construction contract.

11. Indemnification

You agree to defend and hold harmless J&T Builders, its owners, employees, and subcontractors from any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute about the Site will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Fairfield County, Connecticut.
